What a the biggest thing you worry about when starting a new job?

I worry about if I'm going to understand how to perform it. My first job in Corporate America I quit after 2 months because it was a disaster. I didnt understand anything I was doing. The 2nd job I was at went well, lasted about 3 years, and now I'm starting my 3rd job soon
