If someone came up to you right now and offered u a better job, would u take it ?

Well I was offered a different position at a place and the guy that hired me left and the new management did not honor an agreement I had and so I left and went back to my other job which was still vacant. I am changing jobs at the end of the month but that is within the same organization and KNOW who what and where I will fit in. I have had a number of folks who have impulsively changed jobs only to have it backfire on them. Do your research well would be my advice.

I love my job but I’d have a hard time turning down a better job that close to my home. This 1-1.5 hour commute is killing me.
