Well. Barely. At first, I swallow my pride and ask them to please stop doing whatever they're doing, or ask them directly what their intentions are. If they continue being a dick, I ask them if I've done something to offend them and if I can do anything differently, bla bla bla, same thing basically as the first. Doing this, I feel I have tried every avenue, then if it fails, I feel especially spurred for having to swallow my pride in the first place, and them not appreciating that.
The 3rd time, depending on my self-control, I either pace violently while contemplating the relative penal risks of physical violence with iron-clenched fists or go to the boss and tell them frankly that I did not wish to trouble them with petty drama, but have tried every avenue I can to resolve differences, but failed. So, I simply cannot work with that person, anymore.
I'm honestly afraid that one day someone will push me too far, and I'll end up losing control. Last time it happened, I was an inch away from breaking the guy's face. Where I come from, I'm not used to the pervasive passive aggression which seems to be universally employed at various jobs. Where I come from, if someone has a problem, they tell it to your face. Loud. With knuckles. Ah, it was so much simpler then.
As for laziness or whatever, I don't focus on that. I do my job. They do theirs. If they don't, that's the bosses job to worry about. Not mine. If I have to do more work, I have to do more work. Bitching won't change anything.

I invested in a wax pen. I go through most of the work day faded... it makes things a lot more enjoyable. Plus, the day goes by ridiculously fast. Not to mention that lunch tastes 100x better.
*sigh*
I need a new job. Lol

I don’t deal. I keep it bottled up and start browsing firearms during Black Friday.
