Something about this article struck me about modern day life, at least in Southern Ontario. I believe the author when he says (paraphrase), 'many who have gone abroad to Europe come back depressed by our lack of infrastructure in rail service.' So in the 1920's, there used to be hourly service to Toronto by rail and politicians folly over offering any service now?
