@metaldog Absolutely. And sometimes someone doesn't live through the cause to [i]experience[/i] the effect.

@SW-User That's a possibility. People do some pretty un-smart things sometimes. But then, I don't know the circumstances. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe there was an emergency and even though they knew this was dangerous, it was the best thing at the time.
