I think I'd visit the Starfish Galaxy, just because it's very young and exotic.

I'd start with a tour of the solar system, and then pick a direction and keep going. There's an entire universe to explore out there! Though I would like to visit the black hole at the center of the galaxy at some point on the trip.

@FaeLuna If I haven't mistaken, I think the black hole at the center of our galaxy is 4 billion times the mass of the Sun. Many people don't even know that there is a black hole there, and we (including anyone else who may live in this galaxy) are just spinning around a toilet bowl, just waiting to get flushed down.
