Which city in the world is the best for a 3 day visit?

Your own city doesn't count, because we are biased as hell :)
Barcelona

Istanbul

Paris (only sufficient)

Berlin

Venice

Florence

Prague

Warsaw
@Mugin16

Enjoy..
Jimmy2016 · 61-69, M
@Soossie 🤔...let's see, I've been to Paris,Venice and Florence so....I'll say Barcelona...since I've never been there...
@Jimmy2016

Barcelona is great... a city that becomes one with you..

whenever I have a chance to go anywhere I want
money is not an object
I always end up in Gatlinburg /Pigeon Forge Tennessee

I could get on a yacht and go any where ,fully stocked with food and beverages ..and I would end up in Tennessee

The 2 cities have so much to do ,,
I love a cabin over the Pigeon River
Going to Dolly-wood ,Ripley's ,,indoor sky diving , the clubs
I just love it there ,especially when its cool
and even the locals stay away thinking its to cold
No lines to ride the rides ,,and they still put on a show

I think Hong Kong is a good city to visit.
Casheyane · F
@Gouzi Have you been there? The oddest thing I find in HK is that people don't smile and seem to have a world of their own. They don't seem to care much for foreigners. At least, that's how it is for the greater population it seems.
Gouzi · 26-30, M
@Casheyane I think it would be weird if everyone walked around smiling.
Casheyane · F
@Gouzi Try it then :) I can only speak based on my experience. But if you're there and you love how they treat you, then good for you.
Deadcutie · 18-21, F
Washington DC. It takes 2-3 days to go through all the smithosians and monuments..

Rome.. the Vatican and Roman ruins will eat up 3 days easy
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Deadcutie Thanks - although i heard Washington is kind of boring - maybe it depends what you are looking for. For Rome i agree, it is a fantastic place.
Deadcutie · 18-21, F
@sumojumo Washington May very well be Boring to those who live there. However the smithonions are worth going to, as well as the airinatical museum... plus you have all the historical sites and government buildings..
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Deadcutie thanks for the suggestion. I will keep washington in my mind, for future trips.
Platinum · M
I found Lisbon a great city and the architecture is fantastic and it really comes alive at night...
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Platinum where did you live, the south?
Platinum · M
On the algave we had a bar restaurant in Lagos and I lived in Luz@sumojumo
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Platinum fantastic, oh i envy you :), those are some great spots.
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
Well, the city I’m from is not worth visiting. I spent three days in Toronto and it was the perfect amount of time.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@WanderingThrough My city is very worth visiting, but I said it does not coount :).
And I am sure your city has some appeal - even the most horrible cities I have been to I found some nice gems.
WanderingThrough · 31-35, F
@sumojumo Hmm, no. My friend came to visit here and when he told customs he was coming here for a holiday (he had a layover at a more desirable destination), they gave him an extra hard time because no one does that. Haha.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
:) maybe it is time for the customs people to get more educated and have a field trip to your town...
RubySoo · 56-60, F
We did 3 days in Rome. It was awesome.....but so hot when we were there we were exhausted and couldnt see as much as wed have liked.
Love to go again ..when its cooler! X
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@RubySoo I agree, Rome is awesome. You could spend 3 days just in the Vatican museums.

I was there in spring, and even in the spring it was very hot.
RubySoo · 56-60, F
@sumojumo York is wonderful...as is Bath x
Casheyane · F
I haven't been to a lot of places, but I want to try getting lost in Paris, France :) And Ireland as the last stop.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Casheyane You cannot go wrong with Paris, but avoid the extremely tourist destinations, it can drive you nuts!!
Casheyane · F
@sumojumo Haha thanks for the tip
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Casheyane my pleasure :), unfortunately, no tips for Ireland, never been there
Jordan4523 · 36-40, M
Montreal!!Even though the people are assholes!!Enjoy!😃❤️
Jordan4523 · 36-40, M
@sumojumo I live in Toronto soo fuck Montreal!!Visit Toronto....CN TOWER RIPLEYS AQUARIUM!😃❤️
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Jordan4523 oh, the eternal dispute between the largest and the second largest city in the country :D
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Jordan4523 Never been to Toronto BTW :), heard nice things about it though. So I can't judge between Montreal and Toronto
LyricalOne · F
San Francisco
Montreal
Toronto
Vancouver
London
Copenhagen
Stockholm
Oslo
Beijing
Bangkok
Kyoto
Sydney

purposely leaving out others because 3 days is way too short........
LyricalOne · F
@sumojumo You’d have a great time if you had the right person to show you around but it can be a tough nut to crack.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@LyricalOne I completely understand why people find it amazing, you need to be in the right state of mind. And a guide would help to put me at ease, you are right. I will ask you for some tips for my next trip :)
Platoscave · F

Cardiff is a nice place and it has beaches near by. Brussels in Belgium is nice too. Paris is also nice.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@SW-User Cardiff is not so obvious, so thank you so much for this suggestion. And sincerely i would never associate Cardiff and beaches :)
FoolishLuna · 56-60, F
Vegas after three days it’s way too much ..
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@FoolishLuna i am not so sure Vegas is my type - I might enjoy it for a while, but the i would be sorry ;)
FoolishLuna · 56-60, F
Exactly my point. Anywhere else I’d rather stay more than three days@sumojumo
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@FoolishLuna :D got it
User41 · 36-40, M
@User41

You're kidding, right??
User41 · 36-40, M
Hey!

I liked it 🤷🏻‍♂️
I like Dubai better.... even though Id never choose any to spend 3 days in them... I know they are nice tho.... @User41
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
Hong Kong is great 🇭🇰🙂
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@Dlrannie was mentioned before, so there must be something to it :)
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
[@I love the contrast of the frenetic energy of areas like Kowloon and Central and the peace and beauty of many of the outer islands 🙂
So I can't say London although it is the best?

Ok

Berlin
Prague
Paris
Rome
Miami
Singapore
Melbourne

Omg....so hard to choose, so many to go to
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@InOtterWords there is no doubt about that, but I think most of the cities i have been to, gave me a little bit of their soul, i think i learn so much from staying in a variety of metropolae (is this the correct plural?)
@sumojumo it is rare for me to go somewhere and not like it though
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@InOtterWords same here, there is always something to learn
SW-User
I’ve only ever seen Sydney and Adelaide so far. So I wouldn’t know.
sumojumo · 36-40, M
@SW-User not bad, if you ask me :)

@SW-User Technically neither have I :). Cities are very expensive.
