France was lovely but all of the Baltic countries had the really welcoming people and had great beer. ;)
Mexico and Guatemala are absolutely beautiful and "La sal de la tierra" are the most hospitable and hard working people you have ever seen. Germany was the cleanest place I've ever seen. In the very early eighties, no one littered in Germany. You didn't see white trash throwing trash in Germany. It's probably different now with the huge influx of 'whatever'......

@elina I lived briefly in CT about 12 years ago, well I owned an apartment and commuted through Boston weekly in truth. But I loved it there up near RI border and RI I liked too. I could live in Providence
