Is any one been to Nicaragua?

So today I am to visit Nicaragua, the ship is due to port at San Juan this morning and there is options of trip to San Jorge and to see volcano.

So if anyone is visit before, or perhaps if anyone is live in here, is good to say how this is and what things to do!
