Telling time in London

Glorious photo. But I pass Big Ben most days, and it's largely wrapped up in canvas sheeting for a two year repair. Even the one clock face they leave on show (for the tourists) - is a temporary electric clock.

Isn't the Big Ben being repaired now? Or this is an older photo.
