I Have Experienced Loss

I still miss you every day and in a million ways...
Nothing could have prepared me to let you go on this day 3 years ago.
My heart still aches when I think of you and I wish I could change it, you’d still be here with me and my family wouldn’t know the pain of losing you.
I blame myself I pushed myself too hard, I could have prevented it.
