I Am Fat And Lazy
I certainly am. The truth is that dieting and living a healthy lifestyle is hard. Eating too much delicious food and not exercising enough is easy and fun. For my part, I'm perfectly happy to take the "easy and fun" route.

I used to feel the same way, and then I watched my dad die from Diabetes because he shared this same outlook. It was HORRIBLE. He needed a catheter, had a breathing tube, numerous hospital stays, lost bladder control at times because his kidneys were going, etc. All because he loved food. He literally ate himself to death. That kicked my ass into gear.
