Relationship Issues [I Need Advice]

I have a friend that is having issues with his relationship. His girlfriend keeps flirting with other men behind his back, even after he told her it hurts him. He is said he loves her to much to leave her. But I can tell that its hurting him. Advice please. He has asked me what he should do but I can't seem to find the right words to tell him.

My advice is to end it. It may hurt more but it will hurt much more if he stays with her.

Tbh she sounds like she's looking at her options too which probably means she may leave him in due time. It's better that he closes the chapter.

Tell him if he really lives her at best he can do is hope she has a heart and then tell him to do the same thing back. Then act like he doesn't know what she's taking about if she brings it up. And tell him to get defensive exactly how she probably does. Hopefully that will open her eyes otherwise.. doesn't look good
