I Need Advice

Has anyone ever owned a Live Trend cactus? I have a small one, called a Thinker, and yesterday the leaves all fell off. I spritzed it with water once a wk like the instructions said but maybe it didn't get enough light. Do cacti grow back?

I googled that one and it looks complex
some you can just repalnt one leaf and they'll grow

I googled it and never found a clear answer. It's a tiny cactus so probably won't regrow. 🙁I feel bad that I killed the poor thing.
