Thank you so much, when I first got there today my Mama was extremely agitated but after a little while I calmed her and had her smiling at me.

My sister and I are close and I'm going to miss her a lot when she moves away in a few weeks.

@Fungirlmmm I do as well, they're quite pretty and bold characters. I remember trying to help catch one on the beach as a teenager because his wing was injured and he had a fishhook stuck in his mouth, poor thing.

@Fungirlmmm I know, I've seen it happen a few times. We were able to finally catch it with a net. He survived but his wing was badly damaged so the Veterinarian knew someone who would take it in and care for it.

Yes, especially when somebody feeds them an entire sandwich - saw that in NZ. @sensualbeauty1

@shaelan I've been quite guilty of feeding them myself, never a whole sandwich though. 🙂
I took a bag of bread crusts to the beach and fed them a few times though

I videoed it while lost near Lake Rotorua. It was quite hilarious. Sounds like you have a good relationship with those birds. @sensualbeauty1
