I Like Watching Movies

One of the main things that bugs me though is the way in which during so many movies/ tv shows where there is some kind of shootout scene, everybody misses their targets so often. I realise that hitting a moving target (or a smaller target if there is some kind of cover) is harder to do but come on, the cops should surely be trained enough and the 'professional' criminals should have enough experience to aim and shoot properly in order to hit their target more than once (if at all) for every dozen or so bullets they use up.
