I Want To Help You Even Though I Can't Help Myself

My partner is currently suffering from a migraine and high blood pressure. I feel helpless. This always happens when he is sick, I just try my best but I feel like I haven’t done enough.
On the other hand, I am suffering from chronic headaches on a daily basis and it doesn’t matter to me.
When it comes to him I just want to cry when he’s lying in bed sick. I just want to care for him and I want me saying I love you to be enough to make him better. But it isn’t. I really do just want to cry. 😢
