He's up there. Interestingly, he was an amazingly personable. My mom and aunt knew Babe when he was with the Yankees at spring training in St Petersburg FL in the late 1920s. I have a pic of my mom and aunt with Babe and with Lou Gehrig. babe used to come to my uncles home and play poker and drink and smoke until the wee hours of the morning. My mom said all the kids loved Babe, much more than any other Yankee player and Babe knew many of their names by heart.
