@Dewms I exercise a couple of hours before I sleep so my sore body encourages me to sleep. I rarely feel energized after working out...maybe I'm doing it wrong? lol

It's definitely than during bedtime. :P But it's discouraged to be too active in the last 2 hours of your day.
