I'm a runner. Run to "reset" the brain and body, to deal with anxiety. Focus on that place of inner strength and greater clarity, so you stay calm and confident even in the midst of challenges.
I'm not a runner but maybe I should give it a go. I really do miss sports, of course my favorites were the impacy ones, football, wrestling. But I think it's over for them.
@SW-User I think I'm gonna have to give it a try at some point :)

Last time I ran was out the school gates. I do walk, it helps having a dog, we do about 6 to ten miles a day. It does clear the mind, like a reset button. I get lots of energy from it and inspiration.

@SW-User True that. I also like the idea of walking a dog, which I have six. 😩....Thanks.☺
My pace for a run has decreased Recently. I try for 3 miles. I also take my phone to take pictures or I would get bored. It looks like you have company to encourage you.

@Pfuzylogic 4M is my goal. That was a fun run for children. And like you, I take pictures along the way.

No. I could never reach that zone people talk about. I want to. 😕

@SW-User Zone?

That runners high. I never managed to get to that point. @SW-User

@SW-User You should give it a try at least. It becomes easier in due time. Plus running gives a feeling of well being every time.
