I might do that with the kids!
My family has the Cheap Ass gift that we do. We draw names, and we have all year to find (or make) the cheapest yet [i]most meaningful[/i] gift we can for that person.
Once we all exchange them, we vote on who did the best job of it and there's even a trophy haha
Winner keeps it all year long.
