I Hate Pain
For three days it was my left jaw joint. Now my skin on my left shoulder blade feels as if it was on fire. 馃檮 It's not for the first time. Damn nerves.

@Mysteriousliaisons Long walks help me clear my head but they don't help so much with my back. Possibly because I don't do them daily.
