I Want to Say Happy Birthday

Tomorrow is my Birthday.

It is time to reflect. I have had a not very easy life. When I was 13 I was raped by my cousin who is the same age. I kept it to myself for a long time. Now I get a lot of flashbacks and nightmares. Basically if you ever get raped if you are not careful it will eat you up inside and for me it has wrecked a lot of good relationships I have had

Happy belated birthday. You need to let it out keeping it inside is ruining your life you need to tell someone. Just think what you would say to a friend if they told you this? You need to be free of this your cousins is rapping you all over again until you let it out.
