ah ok, so you're opening the file on your computer. What is the extension of the file? What is the type of file listed in Explorer?

Take a screenshot of where you are seeing the file and pm it to me if you like. You can use the snipping tool in windows to take a screenshot

You go to language setting or just try an another app like Firefox

Go to top left side corner there You can see a red button click that go to the option button click on contact.

Languages under that at right hand side you will see choose button click that and then select your language.
