'It's good for you at your age to be a part of something which is why it's good you are now employed in work.'

Always good to have a job, and self sufficient. The world is messed up, so good to be employeed.
Probably just saying you are lucky to have a job and be healthy. I know a few that got hit hard when covid hit, and lost all their savings trying to survive.
