Do you know what this mean

Do you guys think she knows someone is stalking her page? Or do u guys think she wrote something & only wanted her friends to see & that’s why she put it on private?

The other day when I went to my friends twitter page she had put her twitter page on private because she always had her twitter page on public but I guess she wrote something on her post and maybe that’s why she put her twitter page on private. Or maybe she knows someone is stalking her page & that’s why she put it on private? But the thing is that she put her twitter page on public but then she put it back on private
