if people are on here does that mean there payin attention?

sometimes people I know are on an I message them an they dont answer so are people who are on not really payin attention or if someone comes on it means they are doin stuff on here?

Please don't take it personally. They're light might be on but they could be away doing something and then come back later. They should eventually answer.

More often then not the SW tab is open but I am doing something else. I have been blocked unfortunately for not answering a message that I had no idea was even there.
