How Do I Get Back Into Running?

Before quarantine I was staying between 165lbs and 175lbs. Now I'm at 194.6lbs. How can I go about getting back into running without hurting myself?

Start by running in place indoors for 10 minutes. Increase time to 30 minutes gradually. Hydrate and stretch too.
