Should I go in to work?

I started working a full time job and had to quit my previous full time job at a daycare I was at for a year. I have Wednesdays off from the new job so my boss asked me to come in those Wednesdays I have off. I agreed to make some extra money and see my kids. This morning on my way to the daycare I got a flat and had spent the last 2-3 hours trying to fix it and changing a spare on my own (I’m weak so I wasn’t successful). I explained to her I had to take Ubers back and forth to get supplies and she just kept saying “ok” to all my updates. I felt bad told her I could take an Uber if she really needed me still. She said “ I could use a closer”. Im starting to feel like she doesn’t really care about my well being and it using me. I feel like a boss who cared would let me go home after the struggle and also wouldn’t make me pay for an Uber to go work for 6 hours.
