Any Ideas for Sore Breasts?

They mildy hurt, any advice on how to make them feel better? I know men can help them feel better, but, I'm single so that's not an option haha. For that time of the month soreness.

Does your bra fit well? Your band size should be about the same as your underbust measurement. A lot of places still use +4 inches for the band size, which doesn't give enough support with modern bras. It can make a big difference.

massage them yourself, put a heating pad on them, take pain killers
