How To Help Friend With Rheumatiod Arthritis

I have a friend that is very dear to me that suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. I want to help but I'm not sure how. Any peeps with R.A. that can speak on this?

A very shifty and smart disease this, the infecting bacteria have similar antigens as the body's heart and joints so the immune system attacks both, hope your friend is doing better

Maybe suggest they go to their doctor to get something to ease the pain I suffer arthritis too it hurts especially when I'm really stressed out

Stay warm and the heats eases the joints like heater gloves, hot pack anything warm and it might help
