Anyone use CBD for recovery from sports, weightlifting, or anything else?

Are there any downsides? I know mostly about the benefits.

CBD gummies are great for sore muscles. I think the only side effect is it can make you sleepy.

@Abbyrose does it help with fatigue? i'd say no. sometimes when i take it i conk right out. sometimes i don't. it's funny that way

The day after you take it, does it make you more fatigued though? Like groggy when you wake up, slow moving for the first few hours. @Penny

I use a topical rub for sore muscles and i haven’t experienced any downsides to it.
