@iamnikki Heartburn and acid reflux are different things. In the case of acid reflux, the burning is because fresh acids are being produced to replace a depletion. A tablespoon of white vinegar will alleviate the burning because the acid production can slow or stop. This will not work for heartburn which is essentially the opposite. For heartburn you need something to absorb excess acid
