Melatonin, cut out caffeine, sugar, and stimulants after lunch, exercise more, drink more water sleep in clean bedding, in a dark, quiet room. Cut screen time off an hour before bed. Eat properly. (Can't sleep if you're hungry) Other than that, no.

Try one of the sleep inducing kind of tapes on YouTube. A hot shower or bath before bed can help.
