Quick, I need advice on buying winter tires

I live in Ottawa. The garage just told me my tires are warn and they offer me Nitto NT-SN2s at 102CAD (77USD) per. https://tirereviewsandmore.com/nitto-nt-sn2-winter-reviews/ says they're ok, but I don't know how objective they are. (I sometimes think "reviewers" are paid advertisers)
