Best place in US to see the stars?

This road at night

Remote areas of the west. But there are still great places in the east too if you know where to look.

Out in the countryside. I live where the stars are gorgeous at night

Up in the sky. I just get a ladder and sleep on a cloud sometimes.

Planetarium/Arizona

Pretty much any observatory in the southwest, from Arizona to west Texas or mountain peak.

On your sofa in front on the TV.

Away from towns.

My backyard is pretty good for that

In the hills where my folks live. It’s actually pretty amazing and I miss it when I’m back in the city.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Yellowstone. Unfortunately it was storming during my visit so I didn’t get a chance to see myself
