Lot of troubles going horrific...

I'm not the right person to ask. One day I decided to stop smoking cigars after 40 years of smoking -- stopped cold turkey. A year later I decided to stop drinking -- just stopped buying liquor cold turkey.
Rehab did it for me with alcohol. Vaping helped me quit cigarettes, but now I have to shake vaping...

@Mamapolo2016 sometimes i forget people you age vape
[@I know. People your age sometimes think at 40 or so everything comes to a screeching halt and you just start dying.

Stop doing the thing and don't replace it with another harmful thing.

Been down that road before, I gave up ‘twirl’ (smoking meth and heroin together) and ended up on coke and the coke was even harder to give up than the other two.@Doomflower

I'd say get the proper support I've tried battling temptations on my own and failed everytime.

Also responsibilities that tire you out if not ones that too stressful though.

Try giving up masturbation. Every thing else will seem easy in comparison.

Believe in yourself, realise your purpose in life and focus on that.

You have to be willing to make a change in your life, otherwise nothing will work
