Why is it that some people get better looking as they get older? :O

I grew up in the 80's. Almost all of my female friends look better than what they did back then.

Females in my family age gracefully. I think I inherited it. 😊

It takes some time for people to grow into themselves. This is true both mentally and physically. People approach/hit their "prime" at different ages.

They take care of themselves. I went to a class reunion once and saw a woman who was in my eighth grade class, She was one of the prettiest girls there, as I recall. When I saw her, I was shocked. Her entire face was cracked. It looked like broken glass.

I suppose some of us were born lucky.lol

Blessed and taking good care of yourself

I think its because we accept ourselves more for what we are and become more comfortable in our own skin. We stop trying to impress.
People who are happy with themselves simply project themselves better....so look better!

They're the ones who can afford the nip and tuck, the botox, the teeth implants, the veneers, the spray tans and the designer clothes. And then there's those who grow old gracefully and look fantastic.

Well women, in particular, do tend to take more care of themselves in their 30s, 40s and 50s so they might well look better than in their 20s.. I've seen that happen.

Maybe that's my sister-in-law's problem. She turned 50 on her last birthday and thinks her life is over. What the hell - I am thirteen years her senior!
