Do I have to resign from my company now and move to a start up company??

Currently I worked in big company..It's one of forbes big rank in the world. I got good facility, compensation etc. But its has strict environment, people are not friendly, Individual. Company has dynamic organization in changing structure.

A few weeks ago I had interview with startup company and its private owned. I began googling the company and saw people's reviews to know better about the company. Some people said it has good atmosphere but lower salary and facility.

Do I have to resign from my company now and move to a start up company??
Please suggest me advice..
