Do u guys think she found out that I click on her profile picture and thats why she changed it because of me or no?

So i made a fake Instagram account and as a profile picture I put a picture of my friends so I search for this girl that I haven’t seen in a long time so she put a new picture on her profile page and when I click on her profile picture she later changed her profile picture and she put a picture of her hiding her face. Do u guys think she found out that I click on her profile picture and that’s why she changed her picture because of me
