Would this email be unprofessional?

first inital and part of middle name?

I am tired of using combos of my first and last name...

My feeling is that for professional purposes I use my work email, which reveals my full name to whoever I contact.

For other purposes, I do NOT put my name in my address, so that I reduce the risk of identity theft. So, even my friends and family, who know who I am, do not see my name in my address.

Full name showing on the part you see when you receive an email. The actual address can be whatever you want.

@HannahSky right, wonder how to tweak the name they'd see on email...? What do you think about the dash? Its gonna go on resumes as well. Need to drop my school email. Tired of getting email about the school...

@iamnikki when you fill in the name that appears you can put an initial if you want and a last name. Better than nothing.

what about adding a 'dash'?
So first initnial, dash last name?

I've never seen a dash in an email..
