Do you wear glasses?

If so, do you know anything about EyeZen lenses?

Or anything about single vision lenses with a 'boost' of magnification...for people with heavy computer use (work)

Yes, I do wear glasses, but no, I've never heard of EyeZen lenses. But there have been times when that might have come in handy, when I've had to read tiny print. But usually I just end up enlarging everything.
