what do i do? i fell for my best friend

so basically i found out that i love my best friend more than i thought i did. he said he feels the same way. but i fell in love with him while i have a bf. and he fell in love with me while he has a gf. but we love each other much more than we love our bf/gf. we both love each other so much but we have no idea what to do. we arent sure if we should tell our bf/gf or not. we arent sure what we should do. we need help... what do you think we should do?

@TeirdalinFirefall well here is the thing. i know what love is. i have fallen in love before. no matter what i am always friends with my ex's if we end the relationship. him and i have already established that we would not stop being besties if we were to date and break up. and i know what youre gonna say "you may say that but it will end up being different after the fact" but i already know. he knows too that it is a possibility but we have decided to try our hardest not to let that happen
