Any makeup advice on how to get that natural look?

SW-User
don't cake it on your forehead! thats the biggest mistake people make.

make sure to use a natural finish foundation. make sure your skin is moisturized properly too :)

@SW-User moisturizing is important. I have to moisturize before I prime. Otherwise it just cakes. My skin is just not used to it.

@Carla Maybe. But what if it was part of your uniform?
Carla · 61-69, F
@Novaturient81 so...would the men in that company be asked to wear makeup? As part of the "uniform"?
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@Carla I get what you're saying, but the requirements for women is totally different from men. I get that equality bit though.
lots of exercise and take care of your skin, no intentionally burning it in the sun.
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@Subsumedpat True. Exercise is good for the skin. Along with frequent cleansing and moisturizing. Buy a bit of sun is good also, right?
@Novaturient81 The only thing you need exposure to the sun for is vitamin D.

Always protect your face and top of your ears at the beach, because those are the most sun-exposed and sun-damaged skin areas.

Allow 10 to 15 minutes or so of unprotected sun exposure to your arms, legs, abdomen and back. After that, follow up with good sun protection, like a 30-SPF or higher sunblock.

Choose the right time of day. "If your shadow is longer than your body height, you can't make any vitamin D. Between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is the usual window for significant sun exposure but it does not take much.

It is great to have as much indirect sun as you want.

Don’t wash yesterday’s off before bed. Next morning, wipe under your eyes and bam! Done.
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@BrattyMel Is yous on crack? Or, you just want me to look like I'm on crack? The breakouts would be crazy.
BrattyMel · 31-35, F
Nah, I just clean it up a bit lol. I usually always wash my face at night but some nights I forget and fall asleep. @Novaturient81

Usually bb cream gives the most natural result when it comes to foundation. Also lip tint when it comes to lip products.
by wearing almost no make up
light cover and lipgloss
mascara

today i wanna look like megan fox! but natural.. *applies silicone to cheeks*
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@MartinTheFirst Like I can afford that.
Same skin tone foundation. Clear mascara, a little vaseline over the eylids and lips for a natural gloss
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@InOtterWords I'm definitely gonna look into that. I also wanna do a liner, but the black color is so dramatic. Do you use a shade or just go without?
@Novaturient81 what colour are ypur eyes?

I usually wear black but sometimes go for a soft brown. Grey could work too
Novaturient81 · 41-45, F
@InOtterWords My eyes are brown.
