Cheap Gift Ideas for Teenagers

I've been asked to help come up with gift ideas for teenagers that cost approximately $10 each

This is apart of a local food bank program, to help those in the community who need it most. Ideally gifts would be individualized, but in this case they can't be. Simply put in a bag and passed out later.

The orginal idea was to get gift cards to a pizza or fast food restaurant (Such as Subway). But it doesn't have to be food, and there was some concern that someone other than the teenager might use a gift card.

[big]1) What do you think about the food gift card idea?

2) Do you have a better suggest?[/big]

I think headphones or earbuds make good cheap gifts ....

@JarJarBoom I'll certainly throw that in as a suggestion, I think it's a good one!

But knowing the people involved, I think they'll quickly reject any electronics ideas

gift cards can be great (although you're right about someone else using it). If not food how about clothing stores that boys and girls can get things from, or book stores?
Viper · M
@nahright09 I'll throw cloths and books out there as possiblities

@Viper really appreciate the work you're doing. I work very closely with a food bank in my neighborhood and love hearing about others getting involved and putting themselves out there!

@nahright09 Thank you and I appreciate your great work with a food bank as well 😁

The gift card sounds good honestly.....mini maglights are under 10 and pretty decent quality. Everyone needs a flashlight. Gloves are always handy. Watches. If they're underprivileged enough to not have a cell phone. Stocking caps. Cheap hoodies. Water bottles.

Gift vouchers for the cinema or Starbucks

@SW-User Movies might be an interesting one.

Starbucks is so expensive!
SW-User
@Viper yes, it is😒

How about bringing them all somewhere?
Viper · M
@SW-User Sounds great but usually just work with parents who take stuff home and often don't have gas money. And that's a lot more work.
SW-User
@Viper oh I see, well done for what you do 👍👍👍👍👍
