Why the hell do I keep getting nose bleeds?!?!

I have a head injury. I got nose bleeds every day but then they stopped for a while. Now they're back. I told my doc when they first started (the week I got out of hospital) she said not to worry. Long story short. I'm worried. They're getting worse each time
