What would your response be to someone who says 'No one cares what you have to say'?

And there was no disagreement between us at the time she said it too. Just barged in disturbing you while your working quietly. Then when you try to say 'excuse me' she comes out with: 'No one cares what you have to say!'

I would think she is a bitch but i would not tell her that until i check out that there isn't some kind of misunderstanding (like someone telling her i said something about her or her work that would be offensive and spark that behavior) then react accordingly when i have all the info.
