Has anyone here overcome Anorexia, and if so, how?

Because I took a good look at my life and where my eating disorder came from. It stemmed from abuse in my childhood and my step dad always calling me all kinds of names. In my mind I told myself okay my dad doesn’t love me because im fat. I began to associate acceptance with being thin.
