Does anyone on here have aps? (Antiphospholipid syndrome)

Or know someone who does? Or just knows about it? My boyfriend suffers from it and I'm wondering how I can help him in any way with it. Today he got a massive migraine, puked and saw a bit of blood with it. I'm really worried but he's gone to sleep his migraine off. Either way I want to know more about it so I can learn how to help him..

And yeah one time he got a blood clot in September - that's when he found out he had aps- and he stopped smoking since.

@SW-User thank you! Yeah I know he's on blood thinner tablets. It sounds horrible doesn't it 😭

@Itsprincess yeah it does. a lot of auto immune diseases are awful. ive never heard of the kind he has before, ive heard of lupus and that one can be deadly.

Not sure about the illness, but when I get migraines I take aspirin and Tylenol and use mint balm on my forehead and temples and brain stem area at some point, and take a hot bath or shower at some point.
