No sleep - No food- just headache

Hey,

so lately i have Headache and this keeps on, without tablet it won't go away, even drinking don't help or eating. I loosing also appetite and get angry easily or want to cry. I don't even want to go out, watch tv or do anything. Just lay down in my bed for hours.

I don't know what to do.
